Additionally, voluntary work  as Secretary of both my local Scout Group and town Twinning Association has broadened my range of experience and enabled me to gain additional skills.

Having trained for 2 years at secretarial college and achieved one of the highest office professional qualifications available in the UK, I have excelled in my field and the testimonials listed here evidence the customer satisfaction I have always sought to provide.

From working at Director level for a high-street bank taking Board Meeting minutes, to working for a small business and publishing a book, my flexibility and experience have enabled me to cope with any challenge that has been given to me.  In 1994 I was runner-up in the Times ‘Secretary of the Year’ competition.

I am a Fellow of the Institute of Qualified Professional Secretaries (FIQPS) and my membership enables me to keep my skills up to date, continue my professional development by networking with other like-minded professionals and attending seminars, workshops and conferences for office professionals locally, nationally and internationally.

Having enjoyed a varied and challenging career spanning many years in both the public and private sector, I decided to change emphasis and work for myself, hoping to create a better work/life balance spending less time commuting!  I live in a small town called Peacehaven on the south coast of England, near Brighton.
